TITLE Sales Officer NO. OF CANDIDATES 2 REPORTS TO Area Sales Manager LOCATION Kasba,Kolkata KEY RESPONSIBILITIES He would be accountable for achieving Sales Targets. Accountable for Primary & Secondary Sales Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Achieving the width & depth of Distribution, Appointment of Distributor / RDS or Super Stockist as per requirement and implementing the companys policy and strategies Distributor handling and the issues with regards to their claim. Developing dealer and distributor network. Widening the target market Excellent team management skills are required. To be able to lead, motivate, develop, coach and ensure that the team is delivering desired results. Provide them with required trainings (such as Field trainings) SELECTION CRITERIA EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION Bachelors degree (any field) with a diploma or certificate in Sales Management is a must. A Masters degree or equivalent would be a plus EXPERIENCE 3-5 years of proven experience as a Sales Officer, in Hospitality industry (only) Age of candidate should be within 30 Male candidates (only) Proven track record of increased market share.
