Ensure all assigned mandatory trainings related to data integrity, health, and safety measures are completed on time by all members of the team including self Compliance to Syngene s quality standards at all times Hold self and their teams accountable for the achievement of safety goals Govern and Review safety metrics from time to timeCore Purpose of the Role : You will be part of dedicated multi-disciplinary drug discovery and development center set up for a leading global pharmaceutical company that allows high-performing employees to make an impact and contribute to the growing of this collaboration between Syngene and this client. You will be working along with experienced professionals in contributing towards generation of primary data and curating accurate and insightful information in exciting and fast-paced area of antibody discovery and engineering. Role Accountabilities Duties will include, but not be limited to, Design and execute molecular cloning strategies for gene of interest and/or libraries with minimal hand holding Design primers for different cloning strategies like infusion, restriction digestion, SDM etc Cell sorting by Flow cytometry Cell line analysis by FACS technique Analyze sequences on sequence analysis applications like sequencher, genieous Functional characterization using a battery of biochemical techniques like ELISA, FACS etc Make detailed observations, analyze data, interpret results and exercise appropriate technical discretion in the design and execution of experiments. Maintaining the highest expertise in each protocol for compliance, standard operating procedures and applicable guidelines and regulations Maintenance and usage of equipment/instruments as per SOPs and general housekeeping norms Working with and mentoring a highly dedicated and learned team of professionals Presenting results with interpretation in internal meetings Experience with rtPCR will be an added advantage Experience in working with yeast cells is desirable Syngene Values All employees will consistently demonstrate alignment with our core values Excellence Integrity Professionalism Accountabilities as a Syngene Leader (only for Leadership Hires) Champion effective Environment, Occupational Health, Safety and Sustainability (EHSS) practices for the company and oversee compliance with those practices within Biologics business.
