• Shift Time 2 PM to 11 PM IST
• Work Mode Hybrid

• RPA Architect: Hands-on experience of Process Automation across the life-cycle, using one of the industry leading Robotics Automation products (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UI Path, etc.)
• Expert in Blue Prism Must have experience in implementing or supporting 3 end tend RPA projects Ability tprepare and facilitate the process design sessions related trobotics process, validation rules and reports Understand and translate functional requirements inttechnical design Work with business IT teams tanalyze, evaluate and recommend design alternatives Provide suggestions on best practices and provide workable solutions tresolve client issues Should be an expert in performance tuning, exception handling, notification frameworks in RPA tool Perform code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned tpre-defined architectural standards, guidelines, best practices, and meet quality standards.
• Configuration and maintenance of bots through version control Prototyping and implementation of enhancements, control and tuning of pre-built automation processes Perform end tend testing of the bots tensure quality and defined SLAs are met Should be an expert in integration of RPA tools with external applications Identify and mitigate risks and ensure meeting various project metrics Actively participate in Client Pursuits, Proposals and Bids Work in large teams developing and delivering solutions tsupport large-scale data management platforms following agile methodology Preferred: Certified in any one of the RPA tools (Blue Prism) Experience with more than 1 RPA tool.
• Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities .
• Good business communication & client facing skills Extensive knowledge of latest product trends and industry best practices Good knowledge in Dot Net or Java Working knowledge of Relational Database (MS SQL/ Oracle DB) .
• Intelligent OCR implementation experience Experience in onshore/offshore delivery model. Self-motivated with attention tdetail and great interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience of Process Automation across the life-cycle, using one of the industry leading Robotics Automation products (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UI Path, etc.) tvarious teams across all service areas of Talent.
• Functional / Technical understanding of OCR, ICR, Extraction, BPMS, Workflows.
• Experience with the one or more of the following is preferred:
1. Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt or above)
2. C# and/or Java, html, css
3. Microsoft Technology (VB .NET, Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, Web Services)
4. Coding /Development Experience with C with .Net and VBA
• Drive the strategic and tactical roll-out of the RPA solution tTalent by creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases and supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases.
• Work within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues tthe delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs tthe change control process.
• Develop and document RPA configuration best practices, configure new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy tunderstand. Support existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process as well as problem solving issues that arise in day tday running of RPA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
