Job Description

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior SAP IBP Consultant to join our dynamic team. Theideal candidate will be responsible for the successful design, configuration, and implementation of SAP IBPmodules across various client projects. This role requires strong functional knowledge of supply chain planningprocesses and deep expertise in SAP IBP modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Response &&Supply, and Control Tower.Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end SAP IBP implementations and rollouts. Engage with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP IBP solutions. Design, configure, and test SAP IBP modules including:o Demand Planning (DP)o Supply Planning (Heuristics and Optimizer)o Inventory Optimization (IO)o Sales and Operations Planning (S&&OP)o Control Tower (CT) Conduct workshops, deliver functional specs, and provide configuration documentation. Guide junior consultants and serve as a functional expert on project teams. Work closely with integration teams for connecting SAP IBP with ECC/S4HANA and other third-partysystems. Support UAT and facilitate cutover and go-live activities. Provide post-go-live support and ongoing system enhancements. Stay updated with the latest SAP IBP releases and features.Qualifications: Bachelors or masters degree in engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field. 6 years of SAP experience, with at least 3 years in SAP IBP. Hands-on experience with 2 full lifecycle SAP IBP implementations. Strong knowledge of supply chain planning processes and best practices. Familiarity with integration tools such as CPI-DS or SDI. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills. SAP IBP certification is a plus.
