RPA MANAGER Experience - 8-13 years only Job Location: KolkataJOB DESCRIPTIONHands-on Technical Manager with practical experience of process improvement, objectorientatedlanguages, Database (SQL, Oracle, etc) and/or scripting languages e.g. Python, and experienceof system integrations. UIPath qualifications are essential. Alternative RPA technology experiencewelcome. Process focused, with a qualification preferably, and having delivered RPA implementations(Bots) across an enterprise portfolio in both attended and unattended modes. An appreciation forinfrastructure nuances and configurations specifically Azure Cloud. Development experience in an Agileframework delivering enterprise projects with a global footprint and technologies. Curious mindset, selfdrivenand an aptitude for learning and failing-mindfully to deliver exceptional solutionsOverview: Engaging and supporting technical and non-technical delivery teams about Automation / codingbest practices and solutions. A key member of the Agile Development team, cognizant of the multifaceted approach to thequality, testing, and support of the delivered RPA automations. Contribute to and strengthen the development processes; Testing, coding standards, andimplementations. Display a resilient attitude, open to accepting rapid change, failing-fast, and maintaining apositive attitude and quality focus throughout. Combining RPA technology development experience and skills with process optimizationapproaches to deliver efficient, quality solutions.The Role and its expectations Leading client projects, understanding a clients business and technology to identify, pursue, andultimately obtain additional consulting opportunities. Developing RPA technology-enabled solutions that address the needs of large organizations,including how to implement technology solutions to help streamline organizational needs andmeet legal-related and industry-specific compliance standards and regulations. Demonstrating high performance as a team leader to generate a vision, establishing direction,motivating members creating an atmosphere of trust, leveraging diverse views, coaching staff,and encouraging, improvement and innovation Defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and delivery of solutions Identifying and addressing client needs, including developing and sustaining extensive clientrelationships. Managing in a professional services firm or large, enterprise as a consultant, auditor, or businessprocess specialist. Working with Technical Solutions Architect (TSA) and acting as a key member of the RPAdevelopment team, fostering open strong relationships with multi-skilled technical and nontechnicalteams. Take responsibility for delivering coded solutions to agreed standards, championing security andquality, in a process-oriented role.Support the Technical Solutions Architect in delivering continuous improvement through peerreviews,code quality standards, and managing efficiencies to deliver from inception toimplementation including operational considerations and documentation for handover. Development experience of solutions that have been successfully implemented in Cloudinfrastructure (Any of Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform) Experience delivering RPA solutions including Machine Learning extensions, Cognitive/AI, MLextensions, and data warehousing. (Computer Vision / AI Fabric / Conversational understanding) Experience designing and developing Restful API integration across platforms (Cloud, Hybridand On-Premise) Full development lifecycle including designing, developing, testing, and implementing RPAsolutions including hands-on development and scripting experience. (.Net, Java, UiPath, APIRestful integration, PowerShell, Python preferred) Recommend and improve the use of service metrics to achieve and maintain efficiencies andquality deliverables as part of development. Optimization and reuse of code / automations (Bot) where beneficial and foster a sharing / openrelationship with the wider PwC organization as appropriate. Experience working with source code management and backlog toolchains including adocumentation (GIT/hub, NuGet) Experience of coding, peer-reviewing and implementing attended, unattended and mixed RPASolutions Work alongside Business analysts (BA), process owners/business SME s in deliveringrequirements. Support TSA and BA in reviewing risks in the analysis and scoring of process criteria.(Supporting the business case for solutions) Delivering operations-ready solutions that are secure, scalable, and meet or exceed functional andnon-functional requirements. (Operations focus) Deliver solutions that co-exist with required credentials systems for Bots (focus on unattendedBots). Solid understanding of source code management toolchains, frameworks, and concepts (E.g.,VSTS, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Kanban, etc) Good verbal and written technical communication skills.Qualifications / Certification Lean / Process qualification desirable (Six Sigma - Green / Black belt) If applicable, UiPath / Blue Prism Certification (Evidence and Experience) Development credentials and experience (.Net, C#, Java, /SQL SSIS, R, VBA, UiPath, APIRestful integration, PowerShell, Python, Cloud developer qualifications).Perks and Benefits ,
