Job Description

    Key ResponsibilitiesSales Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed annual sales targets for diagnostic equipmentand reagents across Biochemistry, Microbiology, and Immunology. Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement detailed sales strategies to drive market penetration andbusiness expansion within the assigned territory. Market Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, execute successful productlaunches, and enhance market presence. Customer Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with corporate andprivate clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Product && Industry Knowledge: Demonstrate comprehensive technical and clinical understanding ofdiagnostic products and provide effective client consultation. Sales Funnel Management: Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification toproposal, negotiation, and deal closure. Strong knowledge of Biochemistry, Microbiology, and Immunology diagnostic products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM platforms. Ability to travel as required within assigned territory.
