You are an Engineering Graduate / Diploma holder with experience of 4 to 8 years, specifically in Capital equipment and machinery. MBA., will be an added advantage. You should be able to understand layouts and technically convince the customer. You shall have strong exposure across Sales of the Capital equipment to end users / channel partners. Exposure to Agri/power industry is not a must but should have adaptability to handle such industry and deal with diverse customers Should have worked in an organized environment and be able to follow systems and processes and at the same time create new processes to meet the changing needs of the market place. Possess leadership qualities, strengths in communication, teamwork, work with different cultures, nationalities, etc. Experience in leading a team and developing them for the future is a comfortable role for you You are dynamic, committed, transparent and open-minded with independent and strategic thinking abilities.
