  • Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Good To Have Skills :No Technology Specialty
  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : A- Should have strong knowledge in SAP Basis and experience on team handling B- Must have handled or aware of TMS Transport Management System configuration and knowledge on Routes C- Knowledge on Release Management will be added advantage D- Must have good communication skills and experience in customer handling E- Manage and Support SAP Technical Infrastructure components that run on ABAP and/or JAVA stacks F- Responsible for Performance Tuning/Installations
      • Technical Experience : A- 8 years of experience in SAP BASIS B- Research and Install Enhancement packages and SAP delivered Business Content for SAP Applications C- In-depth knowledge of ABAP and JAVA monitoring tools for root cause analysis such as CCMS, DB cockpit and SMD
      • Professional Attributes : A- Good to have : soft skills , good at using macros etc B- Good Communication Skills and should be able to handle Client calls
      • Educational Qualification : A-Graduate
    • Additional Information : Shift Times:- 24/7 IST
