Job Description

    Overview:Business analysis and supportIn addition to applying strong analytical skills on a daily basis, SAP Business Analysts should display strong organizational, problem solving skills and most importantly a solution mindset.They should be detail-oriented team players who can work with IT professionals, managers and management consultants to reach a shared goal.Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.Interacting with the business process in SAP through interaction with BU subject matter experts in order to understand their problems and needs.Creating a detailed SAP functional analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and futureproofing solutions for a SAP integration.Assist with the implementation and support of SAP solutions across multiple departments.Managing SAP Integration requirements at the project levelDrive fresh SAP integration initiatives for effective planning of the project.Optimizing current IT solutions whilst promoting innovative solutions to operational challenges faced by different Business Units for SAP.Continuously monitor ongoing project performance help the seniors assess the ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.Learning and DevelopmentImprove skills and knowledge by attending regular training programs as per the training platforms and guidelines provided by the group.Abide to all disciplinary procedures, guiding principles & core values of the organization.Out-of-Box (innovative) thinking and work on new Initiatives to bring tangible benefit to the Organization.CANDIDATE PROFILE:5-8 years of experience of working as SAP power user and understanding of SAP functional and technical aspects with respect to SAP Integration projects.Working knowledge and practical exposure of SAP both from analysis, implementation and evaluation of solutions.Ability to understand, interpret, and communicate with data and understanding of the technical processes to help determine whether or not an interface is up to standard.Knowledge in SAP Business Process (any of Sales to Cash / Procure to Pay / Finance etc) ABAP development skills / SAP ERP Implementation team exposure will be added advantagePreferable to have experience with developing SMART Forms and SAP scriptsAdded benefit if having experience with Web Service development (provider and consumer roles) and SAP workflow development, PI/PO middleware.Skills:SAP,ERP Selection
