Job Description

  • Role :Application Lead
  • Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Must Have Skills :SAP HCM Personnel Administration
  • Good To Have Skills :SAP HCM Payroll
  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : a End to end Project delivery b Deep understanding of HCM Master data modules such as PA, OM, PD etc 1 Implementation experience of Payroll India 2 Implementation experience of Time management c: Must have worked on SAP HCM with SAP ECC module along with extensive workflow and integration set up knowledge d End to end client handling
      • Technical Experience : a Writing PCR and Schemas experience b ESS / MSS Portal services configuration c Process and Forms - Adobe / FPM forms d Configuration of PMS process
      • Professional Attributes : Candidate must have an overall experience of 8 to 10 years in SAP HCM - PA/OM Must have worked on 6 to 8 SAP Implementations Must have worked on India Projects Must have domain experience of 1 to 2years Must have worked in SAP S/4 environment Must have knowledge on Indian Taxation Statuto
      • Educational Qualification : The candidate must be a MBA/Engineer from a good institute
    • Additional Information : The candidate should be flexible to work out of client locations and open to travel Good Comm skill
