To execute the workflow of remote sensing analysis. Screening of assets for climate risks based on spatial analysis results and leveraging internal Physical Climate Risk Application. Key Responsibilities: Research infrastructure and companies to identify relevant underlying assets Collect, generate and manage spatial data at project, regional and global scales. Conduct spatial analyses and produce maps and Excel CSV files with relevant latitudes and longitudes to meet client and project requirements. Execute the workflow of remote sensing analysis (data collection, re-projection, geometric correction, classification, and map production). Document decisions made during the infrastructure research and mapping process. Screen assets for climate risks based on spatial analysis results and leveraging Four Twenty Seven s Physical Climate Risk Application. Behavioral traits and outcome-oriented focus and ability to work well in a team Qualifications/Experience Required Minimum of BS in GIS or a related field or strong GIS experience related to degrees in applied natural sciences such as earth science, ecology, natural resources, or geostatistics Robust knowledge of GIS tools and software, and ability to build geospatial layers by compiling and harmonizing a wide array of data Familiarity with remote sensing analytics and environmental indicators Exceptional computer skills and some experience in data administration 2-3 years of professional experience in environment sector GIS and Remote Sensing Key Skills Required Experience managing GIS products in support of Environmental Impact and/ or Vulnerability Assessments Proficient in a scripting language, preferably Python or R will be added advantage Information Security Responsibility Maintain Confidentiality and Integrity of organization information.
