Mandatory Skills: Curriculum Grade Vision, Course Plan, Designing Curriculum anddeveloping new courses in Math.Qualification: Excellent academic background. IITian / Post graduate with specialization inMath. At least 5 years of experience in developing Math curriculum. Should have experience in developing courses / designing curriculum /teaching in academic institutions that provided exposure to the learning needs/ methods Good to have designed curriculum or taught in a system that promotesinquiry-based learning e.g., IB. Should have an in-depth understanding of activity-based teaching-learningmethods with a strong knowledge of pedagogies to teach 21st Century Skills Knowledge of latest apps, tools, platforms etc and experience of using them ininstruction design is an added advantage.The Senior Content Manager will play a fundamental role indeveloping a comprehensive Maths curriculum spanning India and Global marketsfor the 6-14 age group. The role will require working on multiple courses for Math.This role requires the ability to challenge the status quo, unleash extreme creativityto change the way children learn Math globally.Drive creativity across the board and leverage technology to build engaging classes.Constantly improve the existing curriculum and lessons plans such that the coursescontinue to delight studentsDesign well structured textbooks, detailed lesson plans for each class, where eachclass should provide a Wow experience to every student
