Responsibilities- Deliver IT Projects - Delivering technology projects in digital vertical translating into defining and implementing IT solutions across multiple technology platforms at SBICARD. In this role you will be working to deliver IT projects aligned towards new customer acquisition and enabling spends on customer facing channels. RFP and Vendor management - For setting up technology products for digital marketing vertical you will be required to run RFP process, evaluate partners and enable smooth onboarding of selected partner. You will be working with selected partner for ongoing basis to deliver the platform in execution. Define IT solutions - You will be working on IT solutions for key projects at SBICARD aligned towards organization goals. To be successful in this role you need to have holistic view towards business so that your defined IT solutions are comprehensive to deliver right business values. Driving new customer acquisition and spends - You will be working on IT projects delivery in line to - new customer acquisitions on customer facing web channels like website mobile. These projects will enable SBICARD to implement various technology solutions to enable push and pull digital marketing for web/mobile channels. You also need to closely work with business teams to help them define right solutions for enabling best in class customer experience on front-end channels. Stakeholder management and communication - You need prepare for engagement reviews, periodic communication and presentation to senior management team. Collaboration - You will also be working with shared services teams on IT infrastructure, application server platforms, integration layer, CMS advanced consulting to drive new implementations and solve any issues. Skill Set- Project management - Y ou should have an experience of defining IT processes, cross-platforms IT solutions and delivery of projects in web/mobile facing channels for digital marketing vertical. RFP and Vendor management - You should have experience on running RFP process, vendor and platform evaluation and IT vendor relationship management. Stakeholders management - You need to effectively manage business and IT stakeholders through regular reviews and effective communication. You need to play as a strong team-member who can collaborate and lead large to midsized deliveries Technology Domain Experience- Required Technology Experience - You should bring good hold on technologies like J2EE, CMS - Teamsite/Livesite, Adobe site catalyst, Adobe marketing cloud, google adwords, technology implementation of digital marketing products, search engine optimization etc. In this role, you would lead a team of outsourced partners for delivering projects. Researcher Quick Learner - You need to be up to speed with the current trends in industry for digital IT solutions. You should be able to learn quickly and take necessary adaptation as required. Credit Card BFSI domain - You are required to build a strong understanding of business processes as you would be expected to bridge gap between business users and technology teams. BFSI and creditcards exposure would be strongly preferable but it is not must. Qualifications- B. E / B. Tech / MCA in Computer Science/ IT. MBA/ PGDM is preferred. Minimum 6 years of total experience with at least 2 years in IT program management,
