Job Description

Participate in Design and development on new system for Originations Ecosystem. Participate in Integration of originations platform with other SBIC systems. Bring new ideas for digitization of originations platform. Manages startegic project in originations area. Besides core delivery of technology projects , the role is required to participate in design of Business Projects along with Business solutions team on areas requiring significant change in the business application. Technology Focus & Business Focus and Strategic Focus: The Application environment Design & Development lead is responsible for the creation, maintenance and management of IT architecture models along with its interfaces and maintaining the application stack for the originations application. This is also required to interpret, use and information contained within IT architecture to inform a range of business improvement activities, particularly those involved in the design, development, enhancement and maintenance of Originations platform. The individual is responsible for establishing the scope of the Application and its interfaces in question, setting down architectural principles and future vision and for ensuring the rigour and integrity of the enterprise architecture, together with associated deliverables. The role has strong linkages to system availability, system scalability , capacity management and strategic initiatives associated with the platform. Establish and maintain Application Architecture diagram, participate in new product development or enhancement of existing product to ensure that solution approach is in line with general architectural standards of the organization. Ensure system changes in the architecture does not lead to design and scalability issues in the long run. Assume responsiblities of design and development for various Applications in the originations and its interfaces . Ensuring that the application/systems, data and technology aspects of the enterprise architecture are driven by the business imperatives of the organisation and that the requirements driving the overall architecture are managed consistently and effectively. Delivering business value through process enhancement initiatives is imperative in the role The Project lead must be comfortable with leading a team of design and technolgy professionals within business, application/systems, data/information and technical architecture disciplines and must be able to explain clearly the benefits of an architectural/Business approach. He/she must be experienced in presenting and explaining the Business/architectural views to people at all levels from technical/IT staff to Senior Management / CIO/ Business Leaders Measures of Success(Define the Outcomes expected of the role) Ownership of the enterprise lifecycle development for major strategic programs with respect to technical as well as business perspective. Responsible for end to end delivery of projects. Manage vendor for quality program delivery. Take ownership of multiple parllel projects Skills Sets Required Strong business analysis skills and experience, including development of business vision and strategies, functional decomposition, requirements capture, process modelling. Experience of software development methodologies and structured approaches to system development. Awareness of systems management and operational support tools, Security and infrastructure experience. Prior Applicatio development enviorment experince. Preferably in Java Ecosystem (Java, Spring, Angular JS, Microservices etc). Work experience in Relational Database concempt. Preferably Oracle DB with mediuam to high SQL skills. Good understanding of web/App server setup (Apache, Weblogic etc) Exposure on Performance management tools will be an added advantage Must have Qualification Graduate/Post Graduate in Computer Science/Electronics Relevant Experience in a field Minimum of 8 years of experience in various IT domains and experience in full life cycle of the project from technofunctional standpoint preferably in BFSI domain.
