Job Description

In depth higher order knowledge in mammalian cell culture and cell line development
More than 10 years of experience in mammalian cell culture, molecular biology and cell biology techniques are required
Cell culture assay design and assay execution knowledge as per regulatory requirements/Industry practice and SOPs
Strategic planning for project execution of various complexities
Experience in Biologics, Biosimilar experience is preferable
Experience with scientific documentation of Data, Data analysis, interpretation and presentation of the results is required
Knowledge about latest technologies and instruments is a must
Preparation of SOPs, protocols, method and reports
Manuscript writing ability is required
Maintaining Lab note books, keeping up to date with team members
Team work, communication and interpersonal skills is mandatory requirement
Working proficiency in software like Graphpad, PLA, SoftMax Pro, Adobe etc.
A strong self-starter and independent thinking leader
Ability to work independently as well as with team members
Focus, versatility, curiosity and multi-tasking skill is essential
Must be goal oriented and passionate to make a difference
