Supporting installation of new systems and upgrade of installed Noble telephony platforms;Implementing features and facilities according to the needs of businessSetting up and operating multi-channel programs utilizing Voice, E-Mail, Web Chat and SMS services;Translating client requirements into implementable solutions;Interpreting Reports and helping the Reporting Team with insight of the backend database;Supporting other components of the VoIP infrastructure Sonus SBCs, Cisco Routers, Audiocodes Mediant VoIP Gateways, etc. Monitoring performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of technical issues;Liaising with the vendor in order to ensure timely support in implementing new features, resolution of issues and maintenance of the system;Working with the Telecom and MPLS Service Providers on provisioning of services, implementation of call routing strategies, monitoring of performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of issues;Developing and implementing Business Continuity measures;Training of the junior members of the team on the Noble Solution, for effectively carrying out day to day operations. ,
