The role would be for Design and Architect Service-now ITSM application. Work closely with ITSM Process Architect, customer personnel, Business Analyst(s), IT Architect, IT support teams and other technical teams.Ensure that business needs around implementation of ServiceNow Platform are in a controlled and predictive manner.Design and Architect ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery Jobs.Design and Architect Automation workflows using ServiceNow Orchestrator.Understands the workflow engines.Create prototypes for client engagements.,Desired ProfileB.E or MCA with at least 8+ years of experience in Implementation and Deign of ITSM Platforms like BMC Remedy, HP Service ManagerAt least 3+ years of experience in Design and Implementation of Service Now Automation PlatformThe candidate should be trained in ITILv3 foundation certified.
