Our Showroom Sales Executive increases sales, market share, company profitability and customer satisfaction by working with the customers in choosing furniture and other related interior items for homes, offices etc. Sales consultants provide expert product selection assistance, expediting order completion and delivery and conducting customer visits as needed. If you enjoy the buzz closing a sale can bring and want more, then a career as a sales executive could be calling you. So, what will you actually be doing The pressure will be on to meet your targets, so expect busy days with a full to- do list. As a sales executive, you will need to: Work with customers in planning and product selection Use strong consultative sales skills, negotiation and interpersonal skills (both oral and written), attention to detail, strong follow- up skills and motivation to make the sale Assist manager in marketing campaigns Maintain accurate and organized customer files Visit job sites as needed to measure or provide client services Develop long- term relationships with customers Read blueprints to ensure compatibility between product ordered and customer desire and needs Coordinate the ordering, receiving and delivery of products in a timely manner Use appropriate office technologies and computers to process and track orders and maintain excellent communication with all contacts Assist with special projects such as trade shows and display changes Requirements: Effective listening, communication (verbal and written), and negotiating skills Accuracy and attention to detail Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques Demonstrated success meeting sales goals and growing sales Team player who works productively with wide range of people Problem- solving and analytical ability Minimum Education: Graduation in any discipline Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar position preferred, Minimum 1 year in progressive position (2 years preferred) ,
