Apply today!We are currently seeking Site Reliability Architect to join our team in India. As a Site Reliability architect your challenge will be todesign and developthe next version of our SaaS/Cloud solutions,including integrations with third-parties. Youprovide second line support on our existing SaaS/Cloud solutions.As aSite Reliability Architect, you will:

• Design and develop the next version of our SaaS/Cloudsolutions

• Set upintegrations with third-parties
• Develop and maintain robustterraform/ansible code and CI/CD pipelines
• Participate in peer codereviews
• Stayup-to-date on software technology, tools, related and exchange technical information with yourcolleagues
• Follow and help optimize installed processes, policies, and procedures

Critical Success Factors for the IdealCandidate Profile are:

• You haveknowledge and experience with convertingon-premise software to SaaS/Cloud solutions, both architectural and hands-on
• You have strong analytical skills, a good focus on quality,and want to produce clean code and architectures.

• You work well together withother departments (eg R&D, deployment, aftercare), helping everybody to excel in their specializations.
• You love experimenting with new technologies and concepts, bring them forward to the team, and deploy and teach them, while having respect for adoption difficulties and proposed alternatives.
• You are proficient in spoken and written English. Any other language is a plus.

YourEducation and/orBackgroundExperience:

• You hold aBachelor s or Master sdegree in Computer Science,Informaticsor similaror can provecomparableskills through experience.
• You have knowledge and hands-on experience with
• AWS components (S3, RDS, EC2, IAM, .)
• AWS network architecture (VPC, IDS/IPS, security,.)
• Containers (Docker/Kubernetes)

• Configuration management
• Deploying and monitoring of solutions on AWS (git,Terraform,Ansible,Jenkins, SEIM,application monitoring,.)
• Operations aligned with ITIL and ISO27001
• Linux shell scripting
• Windows PowerShell scripting
• Vmware
• Some database skills such as SQL, familiarity with database clustering
• Basic security skills
• Creation of infrastructure deployment diagrams for various solutions
• ServiceNow
• Application Performance Monitoring tools
• Proactive Problem Management
