Job Code : ENAM Job Title / Position : Smart Instrumentation Admin Department : Engineering Application Management Description : Roles at this level are responsible for providing assistance on developmental & support services for engineering applications. These are individual contributor roles Educational Qualifications : 1. Master / Bachelor degree in Engineering / Computer application / Science / Information Technology 2. Minimum work experience of 3+ years in the relevant field Technical / Subject Knowledge :- Implementation & setup of new projects in Intergraph Smart Instrumentation(SI) & take backup of current Projects- Configure Project, Users & Groups, Plant hierarchy, Project Naming Conventions- Template & Symbol Development, Drawing & Report layout preparation- Report Development including customized reports based on team/client req.- Ensuring that all projects are configured per project standards & requirements- General drafting abilities of Smart Sketch & Specification reports- Knowledge of all types of deliverables issued from discipline or applications- Successful creation/extraction of reports out of SI & related applications (For documents like Instrument Index, Specification sheet, Wiring, Hook-up etc.)Project (SI) domain administration, trouble shooting, user support & training- Execute / resolves database Audits & Improve team cognizance on audit report- Detailed knowledge of SI, Enhanced Report, External Editor, Process Data Editor, Internal Set-up Utility, DB check Utility, Import utility, Rule Manager- Maintain consistency within/among various applications (Rev. Management)- Knowledge of SPI Table structures is preferable- Knowledge of InfoMakerTargeted Industries : EPC, Oil & Gas Key Role & Responsibility :Functional Competency- Administration and customisation of specific application/s or development on and around applications with support- Ability to carry out customisation / development for functional disciplines input and output requirement in specific application with support- Ensures adherence to Industry codes and standards as well as functional department practices and procedures- Knowledge of programming languages like .Net, C#, VB6, C++, etc. will be preferable- Knowledge of RDBMS like SQL server or Oracle will be preferableInterfacing & Alignment- Internal and external co-ordination with other EN disciplines, IT, Digitalization, clients / PMC, other entity- Representation of the interest of the department to internal stake holders- self-starter with minimal supervision, independent, confident and presentableContinuous Improvement- Liaise with Design expert for system improvements & modifications- Support integration with other EN applications, data exchange and data handover- Assist in development and implementation of new procedures, work instruction and workflows, productive tools development, conducting training,
