Job Description

As a Datastage Administrator, you are responsible Supports and troubleshoots production systems, optimizing performance, resolving production problems, and providing timely follow-up on problem reports related to Datastage env.   • Responsible of Perform Datastage installation and applies maintenance patches
  • Perform environment monitoring capacity and performance tuning
  • Perform system level and application level tuning and other DataStage administration activities
  • Liaises with product vendors and technical specialists to resolve issues.
  • Assesses current technical architecture and estimate system capacity for near- and long-term processing requirements
  • Supports and troubleshoots production systems, optimizing performance, resolving production problems, and providing timely follow-up on problem reports related to Datastage env.
  • Available for 24x7 support - Should be able to handle User Access management
Required Professional and Technical Expertise
  • Minimum 4-6 years experience in Datastage administration.
  • Strong experience on Datastage, Infoshphere, Unix, scripting, SQL, Oracle.
  • MIS skills using MS Excel, MS PowerPoint etc
  • Good understanding of infrastructure technologies
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise
  • Ability to ensure that all the data pertaining to the company and its clients is safeguarded against unauthorized or illegal use by implementing various methodologies against those who violate the security rules and regulations
  • Proficient to maintain the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of the information and to maintain its authenticity, control and utility of the relevant data
  • Experience in supporting all the necessary procedures related to security approval, accreditation, certification, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge to implement a realistic approach during the certification schedule and process
  • Hands-on experience to ensure compliance with vulnerability and mitigation procedures and to establish and install security fixes at regular intervals
  • Languages: English, Hindi and Local Language TELUGU is preferred.
