We specialize in delivering highly scalable network infrastructure and access-based security products to our customers.We collaborate with product groups, external partners to enable our customers to provide high-quality, secure internet and network access to their end-users.Develop secure, reliable and maintainable codeAs a Software Engineer, develop software that runs one of the largest distributed systems in the world. You will play a key role in our growth strategy. Creating innovative solutions for our network challenges and clients, with the aim of increasing internet traffic and making it faster, more reliable and secureAs a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:
• Creating and enhancing new features and functionality, including conception, design, testing and deployment
• Owning one (or) more components of Web Security
• Embracing a Service always available mindset through solid design principles, resilient software, and operational awareness
• Working with internal teams to troubleshoot complex problems in our network for our customers
• Demostrating a fine balance between Time-to-Market, Execution, Innovation and Customer success
Do what you loveTo be successful in this role you will:
• Have experience of software development life cycle and writing code in C/C++ within a Unix/Linux environment
• Be well versed in how the Internet works with good hold on networks, protocols, L3 to L7 like Routing, TCP/UDP, TLS/DTLS, HTTP
• Demonstrate a keen interest in learning new technologies
• Have an ability to solve complex problems through engaged collaboration with other functional groups
• Have exposure to Cloud native constructs and deployments
