A well established Indian multinational company having presence in India, Gulf , Africa and Latin American countries, is looking for Sr Accountant in its wood Sawmill unit, which is near Kolkata airport.Company is dealing in wood, plywood and agriculture products.Job Location - KolkataPost - Sr AccountantExperience - Around 10 yearsJob Description - * Preparation of Sales Tax report such as input & output tax calculations. * Filling of GST Return. * Preparation of E-Waybill* Preparation of TDS reports & filing of return.* Reporting the daily, weekly and monthly fund statements.* Preparation of P&L statement and Balance sheet statement. * Preparation of MIS (Management Information System) reports. * Follow up with client for payment, TDS certificates. * Cash collection from bank and Cheque deposited whenever required. * Daily Cash & Bank book maintained. * Collecting bills from various parties. * All vendor bills authorizing and organize the bills booking in ERP for payment. * Preparation of fortnightly, monthly outstanding list, project for funds from HO. * Coordinate with suppliers & other departments for gathering necessary information. * Site sales tax activities such as Central / State registration under the ACT. * Preparation of Bank reconciliation statement. * Collecting from conformation balance statement various customers for auditing purpose.* Presenting accounting issues and results to executive committees and upper management * Reviewing, compiling and financial information.* To compile details of C, F forms & then applies to dept. for subsequent collection from customersSalary - The best of industry and will not be a constrain for suitable candidate.Interviews may take place on 24 and 25.12.20 in Kolkata.
