Dear Candidate,Were Opening for Sr Associate - Tele Collection Training & Quality with an NBFC FirmRoles & Responsibilities :-Identify and assess future and current training needs at Collection Contact center and Field AgenciesDrawing an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses collection deliverables for contact centre and field agenciesDeliver training to telecollections team across Contact center and field agenciesMonitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on themDeploy a wide variety of training methods for training collection teams across contact center and Field agenciesResolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary aroundMaintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practicesPrepare training Manages day to day operations ensure audit delivery business operations are done per business requirementQuality:Ensure quality framework is in place and standardized across telecollection touchpoints(CC and field)Assess quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, recommend insights, develops improvement plan, and collaborates with operations team to improve quality performanceEstablish quality governance process across contact center and field agenciesProactively identifies opportunities and coordinates with different functions operations, workforce, and reporting towards quality improvementDrive investigation of highly sensitive issues affecting telecollection performance, working with different teams to understand why and what happened.
