Partner and drive the implementation of HR Digitization Processes across the Group.Redesign, Standardize, Implement and Review of HR processes and policies.Drive Employee Benefits, Retirals, Payroll and Compliance Management including periodic audit checks.Drive standardized and effective processes to increase efficiency and enhance quality within the team and cross functional stake holders.Drive and implement digitization initiative within the teamProgram manage the adoption of technology with employees including use of mobile platformImplementation of process with the HR team across all units for driving error free data input management.Oversee the smooth, accurate and timely processing of salary credits for all employees.Oversee the preparation of salary inputs based upon attendance recordsCo-ordinate with all, Outsourced Agency and Finance Department for timely salary processing.Co-ordinate for submission of tax declarations, savings proof of employees to the Outsourced AgencyAnalyzing the Payroll process issues with the team and provide report on variance.Accurate Leave and Attendance ManagementInitiate the full and final process for all exits and act as an integral part of the Full and Final Settlement vide preparing full and final inputs of all resignees (on rolls, retainers, and transfer cases).Coordinate with Outsourced Agency and Finance Department for fast clearance and smooth exits.Oversee the preparation and issuance of letters like warning, termination, resignation acceptance, experience.Conduct periodic meetings with the employees and provide structured feedback on VOE (Voice of Employee)Oversee the preparation of different kinds of MIS Reports on weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis.
