As the Business Partner, you will work closely with Senior Executives to establish and develop talent and organizational strategies intended to attract, develop and engage the workforce. Must have a successful track record of delivering impactful HR programs and initiatives directly tied to strategic business goals. Develop and execute human capital plans to support performance management, talent development and organizational changesBuild a strong relationship with your client by working collaboratively and ensuring that HR is supporting business goals and projects are seamlessly executedMentor HR Generalists on the team QUALIFICATIONSBachelor s degree Human Resources Management or a Business related discipline preferred; Master s degree in a related discipline is desirable At least 8 years of relevant experience in a Human Resources Business Partner and HR Program Management functionsProven success working with senior leaders in a highly matrixed and global structureGlobal point of view; experience and success in driving teams and initiatives in a global organizationAdept at consulting, advising and influencing leaders on HR related issues to implement appropriate solutions Demonstrated success designing and implementing changes using a consistent framework of referenceExceptional influencing skills High level of self- initiative and sense of urgency coupled with a strong customer service orientationAbility to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of management, and partner extremely well with others to get work done with and through othersAbility to maintain strict confidentiality and discretionEOE including Veteran/DisabilityMy Profile Create and manage profiles for future opportunities.,
