• Define enterprise application system roadmaps and associated processes that support business imperatives such as growth, simplification, cost productivity, merges, acquisitions, system vitality and quality improvements
• Support enterprise standards around data management, system integration and interoperability
• Provide expert inputs to the IT and business organizations for Supply Chain related initiatives
• Apply knowledge and experience to ensure standard, Out of the Box , functionality is leveraged wherever possible
• Provide original concepts, design new solutions and innovate, where there is no existing solution
• Lead product evaluations, and execute Proof of Concepts
• Provide robust technical and functional designs which integrate within the Biotechnology Group s Eco system
• Produces documented business application and system processes
• Work across multiple projects and systems to develop, communicate, and mentor others on Oracle Supply Chain Applications best design, implementation standards, guidelines, and best practices
• Ability to create and present key requirements artifacts without direct supervision
• Review, and critique Use Cases and detailed specification of key business rules
• Create and review Process flow diagrams, Business Process Mapping Diagrams and Documentation Application Gap analysis
• Show diligence and have attention to detail
• Have an adaptive mindset and provide adaptive solutions
• Build relationships to partner with business and IT stakeholders at all levels, including business leaders, superusers, project teams, module experts, developers, validation managers, operations team, middleware teams and enterprise architects
Who you are
• Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or Engineering or equivalent IT technical work experience
• Minimum 8 years of IT professional experience
• Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle process (SDLC) and ITIL
• Responsible for the validation of all GxP relevant applications and maintaining the validated state
• In depth knowledge of Oracle products, specifically Oracle EBS R12.2 (+) and underlying database(s).
• Must have in depth OPM knowledge including Process Manufacturing Financials, Process Manufacturing Process Execution, Process Manufacturing Process Planning and Process Manufacturing Product Development
• Ability to explain issues and resolutions to technical and non-technical staff
• Knowledge of operations processes including incident, problem and change management
• Experience in architecting global, large-scale applications, which span multiple countries and business units
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of an organization
• Strong leadership skills with ability to influence outcomes and organize teams to attain shared goals
• Strong team player - collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources
