Overall Job Mandate1 The role would be responsible for supporting State Home connect & Carelead in implementation & execution of all Home Care related activities.2 Ensure Customer satisfaction & minimize customer complaints3 Identification of working and setting up highest standards of serviceoffering as benchmark Key Responsibilities1 Assist Home Connect & Care Lead in driving care operations Execute Home Care processes and plans2 Service readiness for Home Care at JC/ JP3 Ensure customer satisfaction and on time service delivery : SR calls(complaints)4 Minimize customer complaints per sub by constantly improvingprocess/delivery 5 Designing Process Audit Framework and Execution Guideline at last milelevel6 Execution of Quality Audits through third party QA Partner / Own teamas applicable7 Improving the skill set of field manpower to bring in Multi-skill setbased working culture8 Analyze the customer complaints for variances and initiatingcorrective actions - product & services9 Establishment of the CAPABLE TEAM of field staff in order to generateCustomer Loyalty to our brand, by offering superior services in the lifecycle of customer engagement, Analytical & Problem Solving SkillsCustomer Centric ApproachManagerial Effectiveness
