Job Description

PMGM + SP/CDP 4-5 years experience in SF PMGM + SP/CDP SF PMGM Certification (PMGM + SP/CDP preferable ) & Knowledge of Success Factor LMS module implementation and Business processes knowledge pertaining to Training Life cycle. Should have experience in configuring Goal Management and Performance Management templates and Goals plan set up: Including Goal Plan ID, Adding & deleting goals, Manually Adding Goals, Changing status of viewing Public and private goals, Setting Maximum & Minimum goals, Goals Weights. Should have experience in configuring Performance rating Scales, goals, Goal Cascade, Core competencies, Role specific competencies, Calibration, Goal Item Weights, route map setup and Email notification setup. Should have worked on Succession Planning set up and maintenance. Integration with LMS / EC modules. Should have worked on identification of potential successors, career planning and maintenance of the same. Should worked in ORD reports, Tile based dashboards and Ad-hoc reports SuccessFactors Analytics and Reporting. Must have experience in Security and Permissions configuration. Should familiar with Home page and People profile configurations. Should worked on Form template settings and Xml changes to form settings in SuccessFactors. Should have experience in supporting the development of the test strategy and test plans. Should have experience in working on incidents that are raised by business users, reviewing, communicating, analyzing, fixing and correcting the issues. ( PMGM + SP-CDP modules ) Should have fair knowledge with SAP SuccessFactors quarterly release management updates. Must have experience in Solution Design & update Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint. Ability to handle and work in global support environment. Hands-on experience in Multiple country Support / Roll out for SF PMGM + SP-CDP Should have experience in configuring the SAP/SuccessFactors PMGM system according to new or changing business requirements. Exhibit strong communication skills to anchor meetings and run the meetings to engage the member firms during the project calls. Exhibit strong leadership and comprehension abilities to develop business documents and to anchor system support activitiesPointers:-1. Budget Upto 18 Lakhs2. Preference of local candidates3.
