Job Description

  • Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : Leading Service management team Daily/weekly/monthly report generation and uploading per defined template Coordinate between teams during high priority issue troubleshooting Driving RCA calls and formalizing RCA documents Attending meeting with internal and external stakeholders to define process to streamline day to day operations Following up with technical towers to ensure all SLA and KPIs are adhered Coordinating with delivery excellence team to ensure all laid down process are p
      • Technical Experience : At least 6 years experience in service management At least 8 years overall IT experience 2 years experience as lead will be preferred ITIL foundation certification is a must, ITIL intermediate or above level certification is preferred Candidate with exposure to transition projects will be preferred
    • Professional Attributes : Good communication skill both written and verbal Self-motivated and eager to learn Good team player with very good interpersonal skill
