Job Description

Looking for a dynamic addition to our recruiting team. This individual will be responsible to deliver exceptional candidates while guiding hiring managers and candidates through our selection process. Individual will perform full lifecycle talent acquisition to include: networking, sourcing, qualifying, interviewing and on- boarding. Day To Day Activities 1) End to End Recruitment for the various projects in our organization 2) Time Management 3) Follow up with Candidates and managing Job Fairs/ Recruitment Drives Qualifications 1) Should have MBA Graduation preferably in HR. 2) Knowledge in MS Office. 3) Punctuality & Stability. 4) Full Knowledge about Recruitment. Additional Information Responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates, associations and the community. A broad level of creativity, recruiting vision, business understanding and personal organization is required. This is an urgent requirement and the interview will be conducted immediately. Candidates who can relocate to Kolkata & join immediately will be CONSIDERED 1 3 yrs. of work experience in relevant field. Should be able to work independently Good communication and interpersonal skill. Proactive, quick learner and a very good team player. Capable of working with multiple teams and time bound delivery.
