Role and Responsibilities- Candidate should be able to handle a team of 10- 15 members, Should have good team handling skill, and should be from Tele- sales background. Must be a target oriented leader, maintain defined SLA, and should have good knowledge on call quality attrition and shrinkage- Must have good hands on Microsoft office tools, and experience on any call center dialer will be an added advantage.- To lead an operations team, focused on delivering core metrics of productivity and quality.
