Job Description

Have technical & functional knowledge of Video and Audio editing & associated tools
Support for any technical/ functional issues related to prerecorded Video and Audio in any format (flv/ mp4 etc.)
Raise cases with concerned teams for any issues related to recording or editing tools.
Maintain the tracker for all virtual classroom recordings and conversions.
Provide techno-functional support to all learning delivery teams and understand/ verify all business requirements for projects related to Video and Audio.
Provide subject matter expertise for all technical issues and maintain compliance to all standards and procedures.
Understand all L&D systems thoroughly, associated quality parameters, and their fit into the Group Learning architecture, along with support model.
Should have knowledge of CG organization, teams and processes, as well as working in virtual environments.
