Job Description

  • responsible to support technical business development, trouble shooting, sales support with sustaining the current business, relationship development with existing agents
  • Execution of sustaining current business and further growth in Bangladesh in all segments of key market, Sanitaryware, Tableware, Tiles etc.
  • Improve customer satisfaction with quick responses to customer complaints.
  • Relationship management to further enhance the image of Ceramic Division.
  • Work cohesively within in Global team to drive company s common objectives.
Key tasks:
  • Expand existing business and identify new markets/customers by technical selling.
  • Creates an efficient and profitable agent/distributor network : measure agent/distributor s performance, choose the best partners for mid /long term future
  • Determine needs for our customers technical support to develop sales: depending on missions required, involve various technicians available with Imerys Ceramics and/or perform technical work directly at the Customer premises
  • Reports effectively on key accounts, and support other Key Account Managers to build their Account plans for strategic customers.
  • Communicates effectively internally and externally with the team (call reports) and the customers, use various tools available to serve this purpose, provides feedback about the local competitive landscape and market perspectives
  • Feeds central marketing team with key marketing and customer information
  • Works closely with the supply chain and operations team to enable a smooth flow of business in the area
  • Networks with global commercial team for new product introduction and new product development
  • Partners with technical support team to identify and address the customer expectations from time to time.
  • Responsible for key accounts management and supporting other key account managers to build their plans for strategic customers
  • Coordinates with other Imerys Ceramics locations to foster synergies, exchange best practices and manage international customers
  • Work closely with global marketing and communications team for branding and PR management
