Position Technical Support Specialist Job Location Chennai , Kolkata , Mumbai Exp. - 6-8 years in Diagnostics industry only Job Profile - Application & Service of Diagnostic Equipment like - Semi/Fully Automatic Biochemistry Analyzer, Cell Counter (3-Part), Electrolyte Analyzer, Biochemistry Analyzer, Immunology Analyzer, hematology Analyzer , Urine Analyzer, Serology & Biochemistry Reagents, , etc. Promoting the product range (Reagents /Kits/Instruments). To rectify the issues on machines Providing service and application support on high throughput Fully Automated Biochemistry Analyzers. Responsibilities to visit at the major site regularly. Responsibilities of customer training on instrument and as well as application. Responsibilities of breakdown call logging and closing in time bound manner. Responsibilities of carry out the preventive maintenance and attend the breakdown calls in respected time limit. To attend all the breakdown call and resolve with customer satisfaction. Also maintain annual maintenance contract with customer satisfaction. Giving Demonstration and satisfying of customer technical queries for the Urit-50. To attend preventive call/routine call. WELL MAINTAININACE OF DIAGNOSTIC SEMI AND FULLY ANALYZERS Installation, preventive maintenance, Break down service and AMC collection. Service of Invitro Diagnostics Equipments and Reagents Targeting the Diagnostic Centers. Meeting and fulfilling customers demands and needs with high class post sales services. The Candidate: An Honours degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Immunology or a Life Science related discipline (2:1 or above). A willingness and availability for international travel Previous experience with molecular biology and PCR Previous experience running ELISA Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, and confidence with dealing with customers Ability to work in a team environment and independently Advanced IT skills Ability to work to strict time-frames and meet deadlines A willingness to develop a high level of product knowledge Valid Driving Licence Urgent Opening of Technical Support Specialist for Chennai , Kolkata , Mumbai , Location with Leading Diagnostic Industry
