Job Description

We have very urgent requirement of Tour Manager who have sound knowledge of International as well as Domestic. Candidate must have relevant job experience for this post.It is In-House Job, no outdoor visit.Responsibilities and Duties

Handling customer inquiries in daily basis.
Need to speak with client in daily basis.
Travel Itineraries / Packages preparation.
Group tour Handling.
Guiding and escorting Group tours.
Product development and marketing of new products, such as Holiday packages.
Having sound knowledge in International Destinations like Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Dubai, Bali and Europe.
Fixed Departure tour planning.
Contracting with Hotels and resorts.
Finding new suppliers and bonding with them for getting best rates.
Sending e-mails to the suppliers or communicating with them for better quotation.
Contracting with Suppliers.
Attending various travel & tourism fairs.
Booking and Reservation.
