Job Profile Key Responsibilities 1. Local Area Marketing Initiative / Conceptualization and implementation across customer segments (B2C B2B) 2. MTO Performance Management 3. Market Development- Growing Retail Business 4. Retail Branding Display 5. Brand Visibility and awareness at local levels 6. Market Intelligence and Local Budget Management Job Description 1. Ensure effective presence at MTOs - Product display, assortment, manpower and their attendance 2. Ensure appointment of well-trained security experts at all national MTOs, track their performance on a weekly basis and achieve annual sales targets. 3. Grow Retail Business by expanding our width into new Geographies and improving depth in focus Geographies through project Vistaar 4. Map branch wise markets in terms of addressable TG, identify new retailers and pass on the leads to sales team 5. Cover branch markets extensively and interact with retailers to understand on-ground requirements 6. Periodically carry out Godrej Security Champion training program for each branch 7. Develop low cost marketing strategies/activities in line with brand strategies 8. Identify and implement effective branding at point of sale, ensure effective display of brand and brand products as per set VM guidelines 9. Strictly adhere to branch budgets and send monthly usage updates to HO 10. Plan cluster and focused meets with retailers and explore new opportunities Qualification Details Essential Qualification: Graduate / Engineer Preferred Qualification: Graduate / Engineer + (MBA) Experience Details Essential Experience: Min 3 yrs (for Engineer) / Min 5 yrs (for Graduate) in Trade Marketing or Sales Preferred Experience: min 2 years Graduate / Engineer + (MBA) Special Skill Essential : 1.
