Requirements: - Graduation mandatory - Experience in Microfinance Job Responsibilities: - Rolling out various product / process related changes, new contests and changes in the incentive structure on real time basis - Bringing in strong focus on continuous functional training - Identifying low performing individuals and teams and investing in them - Analysing performance data with regards to Productivity, Collection efficiency and compliance with various mandates and executing zone specific training interventions - Provide hand holding / support to new joinees especially the frontline teams and MCMs - Building overall capability for the frontline teams and first level supervisors to meet expected performance standards
