Key roles and responsibilities: Operational: Monitor and track movements of all shipments till delivery and returns load in case of dedicated fleets.Ensure standard transit time adherence of fleets.End to end tracking of the trucks till the time it gets unloaded at respective destinations.Prepare and circulate daily and monthly MIS in prescribed format.Track and highlight to the concern stake holders on detentions & other inefficiencies.Co- ordinate with transporter/ Insurance team in case of accidents and ensure all the required documentation are completed and submitted in time. Key Attributes: Proficient in Ms Excel and Internet.Good communication skills.Knowledge of Local Language.,
