The candidate should have an innate sense for clean design, should be a fierce advocate for the user, and is obsessed with creating elegantly simple user experiences. Should be able to participate in all stages of product design, identifying user and business needs, influencing product strategy, designing a compelling vision, creating comprehensive UX systems and inspiring teams to push the boundaries of what s possible.Key Skills8+ years of professional experience, with recent experience designing web applications, service platforms and/ or ecommerce solutions Proficiency in core user experience design competencies (Interaction Design, Information Architecture, Usability) Ability to solve complex workflow and UI challenges with a portfolio of work to demonstrate solutions Excellent communication skills with an ability to persuasively communicate your UX process and vision Demonstrated experience with mobile- first design, and launching native iOS and Android experiences Excellence in capturing business goals and working with collaborative teams Experience structuring and executing user research sessions Experience designing reusable design systems, patterns and style guide documentation a plus Additional SkillsThe candidate should have innovative thought process, responsible, should have good attitude towards work and team, take initiative, self- driven, good interpersonal communication skill, and follow discipline and rules.
