  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Prepare moderate to complex network designs/schematics to address specific customer network solution requirements 2 Prepare work orders containing instructions to be used by technicians to configure network hardware and software Work with customer technical teams to provide solutions for customers internetworking communications requirements 3 Configure and troubleshoot Voice equipment in a complex environment Remotely support new installs, circuit upgrades and logical changes
      • Technical Experience : 1 Hands on Experience in Cisco voice Devices Products viz Cisco Unified Call Manager, Cisco Unified Call Manager Express, Cisco Unity, Cisco IPCC Express, Cisco Voice Gateway, Cisco IPT 2 Should have 5 years of experience leading medium to large IT telephony/communications projects Demonstrated people and project leadership qualities 3 Experience with backup systems and Disaster Recovery methods for both CUCM and Unity Connection Servers
      • Professional Attributes : 1 On occasion work flexible hours to accommodate after hours and weekend activities such as installation, testing, managing events 2 Good understanding of procedures, application and concepts within own subject area
      • Educational Qualification : Bachelors Engineering degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology
    • Additional Information : CCNA and CCNA-Voice Certifications
