Job descriptionGraduation, MBA (Desirable)UNIT MANAGER:Responsible for business development & sales of Health Insurance and Wellness products.Recruitment and Training of agents for promotion of health insurance and wellness products.Acquire corporate clients and ensure closure of deals related to Health Insurance and Wellness requirements.Creation of database and list of appointment of agents with customersProvide appropriate advisory to existing and potential clients regarding their Health Plan requirements and existing portfoliosTo liaison and establish strong networks with sales, underwriting and product teams of Health Insurance companiesTo assist in closure of large deals in retail lines for the locationTo service existing Corporate & SME clientSKILLS:1. Thrive in a fast paced and dynamic startup environment2. Have tenacity to multitask3. Resourceful4. Inherent zeal for problem solving5. Must have worked in Health Insurance company or Health agency6.
