Job Description

    Danaher Water Quality PlatformWe are a global leader in water quality analysis and treatment, providing instrumentation and disinfection systems to help analyze and manage the quality of ultra-pure water, portable water, wastewater, groundwater, and ocean water in residential, commercial, and industrial, and natural resource applications. Our water quality business provides products under a variety of brands, including Hach, XOS, Seabird, OTT, McCrometer, and Trojan Technologies.Responsibilities:
    • The Assistant Marketing Automation Manager will lead a local team of Marketing Automation Specialists and Executives to support the Water Quality Opcos with their efforts to build awareness, thought leadership, and lead generation through executing email campaigns.
    • Working with the Global Marketing Automation Manager, the Assistant Marketing Automation Manager will oversee the design, execution, and analysis of e-mail marketing campaigns based on provided content by Water Quality Opcos.
    • The position will also be responsible for developing and administrating nurturing/trigger campaigns.
    • This position will also run Tier 1 level troubleshooting support to help manage the overall system, Marketo.
    • Update and manage the standard works
    • Supervise and manage the workload within the team effectively
    • Provide coaching to the team members, try to bring out the best in them, and support them where they need improvement
    • Provides consultation, and training to the Water Quality Opco s requestors (internal stakeholders)
    • Manage the escalations from stakeholders and provide solutions
    Education, Background, and Skill Requirements
    • Bachelor s degree specialization in marketing, digital marketing, communications, computer science, or other related fields
    • +5 years of experience in Marketing Automation preferably Marketo, Marketo Certified is a plus
    • Excellent Project Management skills
    • Experienced in managing small teams, mentoring, and coaching team members
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Positive, open-minded, and proactive. Work well independently as well as in teams.
    • Able to establish and maintain strong working relationships with a wide range of internal customers and external vendors
    • Exceptional organizational skills: ability to set priorities and adapt as priorities shift, balancing multiple assignments.
    • Curious & self-motivated with the ability to learn a complex platform quickly
