Job Description

    Position SummaryNeed Payroll team member for H2R Payroll Team. Income Tax knowledge is must have skill .Candidate willing to travel Plant locations (30% Travel) .EducationMaster of Business AdministrationICWA Final in FinanceWork Experience
    • India Payroll and Income tax experience is must.
    • Able to handle Income tax and payroll related query.
    • Require hands on experience on 24Q, return filing, challan preparation and year-end validation.
    • GL analysis and clearing (must Have).
    • Require hands on experiences on GL, Vendor, Customer & Assists & Liabilities.
    • Ability to handle Payroll GL related query.
    • Mast have good knowledge about MS. Excel, MS PowerPoint.
    • Good English Communication skills must.
    • Knowledge of SAP ERP system (HR Module and FI Module).
    • Experience of handling payroll operations for large volume of employees.
    • Ability to handle confidential information.
    • Good analytical skills.
    • Good in Ms. Excel and Ms. Power point.
    • Ability to flexible with job duties and scope of work.
    • Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations.
    • Managing internal systems and reports to resolve queries from internal and external stakeholders.
