Job Description

    • Coordinate with stockholder to understand their requirement & feedback on candidate.
    • Coordinate With candidate for salary negotiation , documentation,offer releasing process & On-boarding.
    • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions
    • requirements.
    • Assess candidate information, including.resumes and contact details using our
    • Applicant Tracking System.
    • Plan interview and selection procedures,including screening calls,assessments and in-person interviews.
    • End to End Recruitment,Sourcing,Screening and Scheduling candidates across India through Job Portals,Employee References &Vendors.
    Skills & Knowledge:-
    • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
    • Hands on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and
    • evaluation methods.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Should be from BFSI or NBFC industry / Recruitment Consultancy Experience into Bulk & Lateral Hiring.
    • Any Graduate / Post Graduate/MBA-any specialization.
