Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We have an urgent opening for Office Executive(Tender Preparation)Experience : Minimum 3 years in relevant field in (Preparation of tenders relating to Surveillance equipment and Networking, biometric systems,CCTV etc.)Qualification: B.TechCTC- 3.5 to 4.5 lacs yearly

Search & prepare Tenders
Preparation of Tender Documents
Documentation process and rates quotation for new projects
Responsible for ensuring tenders are submitted consistently ahead of the deadlines set by the tendering authority or body
To maintain confidentiality at all times
Handle the documentation
All types of Back office Works, Executing the Orders, Coordinating with the Manufacturers to get the offers, Follow up with the customers, Multi tasking Work handling
