Job Description

Position:Branch ManagerQualification : Graduate/ Post GraduateExperience : min4 years experience in Stock market (broking)Preferred : Candidates with sales or Dealing experience in financial sector will be preferred.Reponsibilty:Managing the Branch and generate appropriate revenue for the branchSkills Required:-Should be able to Manage the team- Good communication in English & local language- Energetic and willing to travel.Must have NISM certificate- Acquisition of new clients (Demat / trading a/c s: Equity/Commodity / Currency). - Selling Investment product like Demat A/c, Mutual Fund, PMS, Life Insurance. - Holding & Participating in events for lead generation activities. - Maintaining client relationship HNI - Generating references from existing clients.- Managing the team of stoff employed in the branch (around 8-10)Compensation:a) Salary: upto Rs. 45,000/- p.m. depending upon candidate’s skills & profileb) Monthly Incentives based on performancec) Statutory Benefits: PF, EDLI, ESI, GratuityCompany Benefits: Medical Insurance for self and family, Personal Accident Insurance for self
