Job Title: Used Car-Sales Manager1.Channel ManagementAchieve the sales budgets set for the location.Build and manage direct and indirect sourcing channels.Manage profitability Productivity, Yield and acquisition cost within the budgeted levels.Achieve the budgeted cross sell targets.2.CollectionsBe the owner of Collections for the accounts for the territory handled.Handle on-ground collection process.Manage delinquency related parameters and ensuring are within triggers for territory handled.3.Performance ManagementMonitor competitor sales strategy and suggest plans to senior management for improvement.Monitor Volumes, Productivity, COA, Yield, Cross Sell penetration, Channel Mix, Sanction Rate and Disbursal Rate.4. Governance and ComplianceImplement processes as per policy & educate.Ensure and check that policies and standards are being implemented at the ground level.Ensure that the recommended process of appointment, management and review of the Channel partner is being followed.Desired Candidate ProfileDrive Sales for area handled within the branch territory keep control on portfolio of his/her territory.Handle recovery in case of default on ground.,
