Job Title: Used Car-Sales Manager1.Channel ManagementAchieve the sales budgets set for the location.Build and manage direct and indirect sourcing channels.Manage profitability Productivity, Yield and acquisition cost within the budgeted levels.Achieve the budgeted cross sell targets.2.CollectionsBe the owner of Collections for the accounts for the territory handled.Handle on-ground collection process.Manage delinquency related parameters and ensuring are within triggers for territory handled.3.Performance ManagementMonitor competitor sales strategy and suggest plans to senior management for improvement.Monitor Volumes, Productivity, COA, Yield, Cross Sell penetration, Channel Mix, Sanction Rate and Disbursal Rate.4.
