Job Description

  • Project Role :Cloud Services Operations
  • Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

      • Key Responsibilities : 1- Expertise in - Core Skill Platform Forms 2- Exposure to -Complex cloud ecosystem, Agile methodologies, ITIL4 framework DevSecOps, devops tools on CI/CD, containerization and microservices 3- Experience in - Supporting and designing complex IT landscape, Managing Databases for complex business, Polyglot scripting powershell , powersli, python, complex Windows Virtualization landscape with experience in DR management, performance engineering tools and models
      • Technical Experience : 1, Working Experience VSphere Suite - Implementing and managing Private Cloud Environments Redhat CloudForm ,VMware ESXi VMware vSphere, vRealize Operations, vCenter Converter P2V migrations 2, Expert knowledge of vSphere components such as vCSA, PSC, and ESXi 3, Experience on vMotion, HA, DRS/SDRS, VDS, Affinity rules 4, Working knowledge in storage vMotion, vSphere Replication, iSCSI, NFS, Distributed Switch SAN 5, Administration of Windows 2003,8R2,2012,2016 operating system,AD HyperV
      • Professional Attributes : 1- Alignment to process ITIL 2- Good communication skill 3- Self-motivated and eager to learn 4- Good team player with good interpersonal skill 5- Ready to lead and manage a team 6- Should have exposure on client facing roles and providing technical updates on critical incidents
      • Educational Qualification : 1- MainSteam Graduate with certification in VCP Datacenter Virtualization,Cloud Certification
